This book is excellent for people who want to create a more immersive plant experience in their homes or offices. There are details on topics like measuring light in the interior and you can also find a glossary in the back that includes many interior plants. It may be more on the advanced, “plant nerd side”, says our marketing intern and horticulture major, Renata, but this is a book she loves to use!

Here’s a fun one! In this book about some of the most poisonous and dangerous plants on Earth, you’ll learn that plants aren’t always nice. With splendid illustrations and fascinating stories of plants you should definitely avoid, this is one of our favorite interesting plant books.

If you’re looking for more of a technical resource on names, spellings and origins of over 20,000 plants, this book is for you. Recommended by Sarah, our Research and Development Manager, she lists this book as a great reference for advanced home growers or those working in a plant related industry. You will find accurate and precise information on thousands of plants found in homes, gardens and in the wild.

For those looking for a lighter guide to plant care and ownership with an aesthetically pleasing layout, check out this book. This book has been called a modern gardening book for a new generation of indoor gardeners. Find tips on choosing the right plant for your space, care instructions, DIY projects and interior plant styling suggestions.
